COACHING ADVERSITY

   Tier One – Foundational Coaching

Fee: $50 per session
Session Length: 1 Hour

This tier includes:

• One module from the Tools You Need to Navigate Adversity workshop per session.
• Topics include (but are not limited to):
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Decision  Making
  • Emotional Awareness and Expression
• Clients receive:
  • A 365 Never Ending Fight T-shirt and

  A personal journal after the fourth session to track concerns, insights, and personal growth.                                               

  Tier Two – Educational Support Add-On

Fee: $90 per session
Includes all services from Tier One

Additional features:

• Direct communication with teachers and/or school staff to monitor and support academic performance and behavioral progress.
• BI-Weekly Progress Reports provided to parents/guardians outline:
  • Session focus  and feedback
  • Academic/behavioral  updates
  • Recommendations and concerns

  Tier Three – Creative Expression & Entrepreneurship

Fee: $190 per session
Includes all services from Tiers One and Two

This tier adds:

• Access to the Creative Expression Lab, where participants explore:
  • YouTube  content creation
  • Apparel and graphic design
• Participants may submit designs for the official 365 Never Ending Fight clothing line.
• The first 10 shirts of the participant's design will be printed by the program.
• Shirts will be sold on the 365 Never Ending Fight website.
• Profits from sales will be shared with the participants as an incentive for      entrepreneurial growth
